Seller wants its products, to the original purchaser only, to be free from defects as to materials and workmanship. Any claim of defective products are subject to sellers inspection. If defects exist, seller agrees to replace such merchandise or credit to buyer at the current price in effect. Seller is not responsible for any damage caused from the following reasons:
- Abuse of use.
- Road hazard.
- Misapplication of tire, tube or wheel.
- Improper installation or inflation.
